  1. Preparation
    1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and roughly chop the cilantro. Slice the jalapeño in half and remove the seeds if you prefer a milder sauce.

    2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine 4 tablespoons of PB2 cashew powder, garlic clove, ½ cup of fresh cilantro, 2 slices  jalapeño, ½ teaspoon of salt, .75 tablespoon of sucralose, ½ tsp vinegar and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. 

    3. Can also add low-fat tofu, navy or cannellini beans, or cream cheese (this one adds fat) if you want more bulk.  

    4. Add Water: Gradually add water (start with a small amount and increase as needed) to the blender. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Aim for a consistency similar to that of a dressing or sauce.

    5. Adjust Seasoning: Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add more salt, lime juice, or sucralose according to your preference.

    6. Serve and Enjoy: Pour the cilantro lime crema into a serving bowl or jar. Drizzle over salads, tacos, or use as a dipping sauce. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
